“Guadalajara, Mexico - Out of more than 3,600 submissions from 60 countries, Hilton Guadalajara Midtown, which started operations on November 2018, has won Platinum recognition in the Interior Design Category and Hotels Sub-Category in the 2nd season of the 2019 MUSE Design Awards competition. Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) created the winning work for PARKS LLC.
According to MUSE Design Awards, “great design creates flow, removes obstacles, draws attention with a cohesive color palette and produces harmony.” This recognition for Hilton Guadalajara Midtown confirms Hilton’s vision of filling the planet with the extraordinary warmth of Hospitality, becoming the most hospitable company in the world. Winner of the 2016 SHAW Carpets, “Hospitality is” award for best guestroom carpet in the hotel division. The custom carpet design was based on an abstracted paisley pattern with a shadowed effect. Winners were award by popular vote as well as internal judging by Shaw.

Canopy la isla Cancun
Canopy La Isla was the first of the Canopy Brand in Latin America. The design was inspired by the cenotes surrounding the area. We included local muralists in every step of the project. Within the guestroom, Marisol D’estrabeu was our artist who designed the mural above the headboard as well as the ladder and jungle plant motifs on the opposite wall.
Out of 350 entrants, Canopy was a top five finalist for the prestigious Gold Key Awards from Boutique Design Magazine.
