Wrote in depth booklet describing how to specify a project from start to finish as well as common and less common knowledge. The book was written as a guide to help empower junior employees and encourage consistency of deliverables among staff.


Project: Created project management hours reports

Worked with management to develop a better way to predict and share employee workloads and scheduling. Project schedule templates in excel were used to train project management staff and assist with their projects.


Project: Development of standard office templates.

Developed standard templates for use by staff, including, material reference schedules, matrix templates, budget worksheets.


Project: Standard Spec Templates

Created standard spec templates for use on all HBA San Francisco projects. Previously there was no standard layout within our spec system. Special notes, and instructions were updated to current industry standards and new layout was designed.


Project: HBA SF Office Library

Designed and created organization system for the new office that we had moved into in 2016. New furniture and built-ins were created. Old samples purged/recycled, and new organization strategy implemented for the whole office. Was successful in gaining approval for a part-time librarian to keep up with the organization.

In my current role, I have had the pleasure to receive consistent in-depth knowledge and training regarding the brand standards, brand management and renovations of our properties. The mentorship, guidance and training by my team has been invaluable in learning more about Brand Development and NUG in relation to the future interior design process. Additional initiatives accomplished as a director include:

  • Shifted focus to become dedicated as the Luxury PIP writer for the full-service team due to the close partnership and understanding of the luxury brands

  • Worked on extensive PIP language and brand updates for BOSS templates, including Graduate.

Scope: Develop concept and branding design for all new build Latin america and Caribbean hotels based on new design and strategy created for the Hilton Guadalajara Midtown.

Timeline: Feb. 2018- July 2018

  • Working with the same owner for the last four years. Hilton brand acknowledge the success of the restaurant designs within the properties that were coming on board. The owner we were working with had 11 more Hilton projects slated for the next five years as well. Hilton reached out to us to engage our design success to form the restaurants into a brand that would be used for all of the 11 properties, as well as all new Hilton projects coming on board in Latin Material and the Caribbean.

  • Developed schematic programming based on the previous designs

  • Developed Pillars of Design that would be the basis of design for the restaurants

  • Worked with famed, Anagrama graphic design to develop product packaging, name, and overall feel of the restaurants
